My therapeutic approach
While I am an integrative therapist and adapt my approach to the needs that arise in the therapy process, my work is grounded in person-centered, psychodynamic, and relational modalities. This means I strive to create a space that feels authentic, nonjudgmental, and safe—while inviting curious exploration.
While I have worked in a variety of therapeutic settings, my current passion is perinatal and reproductive mental health. This work often centers around transitions—navigating unexpected challenges in reproductive health or fertility, pregnancy and postpartum adjustment, and identity shifts in parenthood. While there may be a specific topic bringing you into the space, I always encourage an openness to where the process may lead you.
Therapy will look different depending on where you are in the process. At times, our work might focus on what’s happening right now—your emotions, relationships, or daily stressors. Other times, it can be helpful to look back and understand how past experiences continue to shape how you feel and relate today. Whether you are navigating a specific transition, working through relationships challenges, or seeking deeper clarity, I bring openness, compassion, and a grounded presence to support your growth.
If you are wondering whether we might be a good fit, I invite you to schedule a free consultation.
